Post pregnancy classes, also called postnatal classes, are designed to support new mothers physically, emotionally, and mentally after childbirth. These classes provide practical guidance, expert tips, and a safe space for recovery, learning, and bonding with the baby.

Pregnancy counselling is essential for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of both the mother and the baby. It involves regular sessions with a healthcare provider to educate, support, and guide a woman throughout her pregnancy journey—from early signs to postnatal care.

Many fibroids cause no symptoms, but others can lead to: Heavy menstrual bleeding Pelvic pain or pressure Frequent urination or constipation Infertility or pregnancy complications

Fibroid removal surgery is medically called a myomectomy. It involves surgically removing uterine fibroids while preserving the uterus. It’s the preferred option for women who experience fibroid-related symptoms but wish to retain fertility or avoid hysterectomy.
